The Orphan's Code is an epic fantasy trilogy for ages 14 and up. It follows a diverse cast (autistic, POC, LGBT) of orphans on their quest to survive a ruthless king. It is pitched as "Assassin's Creed meets Mistborn meets feminist Game of Thrones" and also has an accompanying video game script.
An actual synopsis is always helpful.

The Orphan's Code was self-published in 2018 on Amazon, to modest success: it sold over 100 copies in its first month, and about 200 more over the following two years. I mean, considering the author was a nobody...not bad.
It developed a tiny cult following on Instagram which is currently off minding its own business while the author finishes book 3 (and possibly book 4).
